"Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus." - Phil. 4:6-7 (NLT)
At First Congregational, we believe in the power of prayer. We encourage you to come out and enjoy these opportunities to share in prayer with others from our church.
Before Covid19 we gathered for 8:45am Sunday Pre-Service Prayer
We hope to start this again after Covid19, Every Sunday morning before our weekly worship service we meet to read scripture and pray for members of our church, other churches in the HRM, missions and ministries our church supports, members of our church family who have moved away, and for the morning service. It is a refreshing way to start the day!
